Combine Columns of Data Using Flash Fill

In Excel 2016, you can use the Flash Fill feature to combine multiple columns of data into a single column. (Flash Fill automatically fills a column of data as soon as it recognizes a pattern based on your initial entry.)

For example, to populate Full Name column based on data contained in a Last Name and First Name column, simply type the first full name, start typing the second full name, and then press Enter once you see Excel's flash fill preview.
