Add a Choice Activity

In Moodle, the Choice activity is a single multiple-choice question that you can use to poll your students for informational purposes. The poll results can be published immediately after students have answered, after a certain date, or not at all, and results can include student names or be anonymous. Instructions for adding a Choice question are below.

1. On the course home page, click Turn editing on.
   
   
   

2. In the desired section, click Add an activity or resource.
   
   

3. Under ACTIVITIES, select Choice.
   
   

4. In the Choice name field, enter a name for the activity.
   
   
5. In the Description field, enter the question.
   
   
   
6. Configure the remaining quiz settings.
7. Click Save and display.
