Calendar Overview

By default, each Moodle course site has a calendar block that appears on the right side of the page.

Whenever you create a graded activity that has a due date, the activity will appear on the calendar as a Course event, which means that the event is visible only to you and the students enrolled in your course. In addition to course events, you can add personal events (that only you can see) and group events (that only members of a specified group can see).
