Change the Course Format to Weekly

By default, new course sites use the Topics format, where each section has a customizable text label (e.g., Topic 1, Topic 2, etc.). If you'd prefer to organize your course site by week (where each section has a date label), then you can change the format to Weekly by following the instructions below.

1. On the course home page, click the Actions (gear) icon and select Edit settings.
   
   
   
2. Under Course format, click the Format drop-down menu and select Weekly format.
   
   
   
3. Click Save and display.
