Secure the MyMC Page
MC Campus ComputersWhen you open MyMC on a MC computer, you don't have to log in to the page in order to access your MC webmail and WebAdvisor information. Because of this, it's important to keep your MyMC page secure so that no one can access your information.
If you're a student, then always log off of a MC computer when you're finished using it.
If you're a faculty or staff member, then always lock or log off of your office computer when you're going to be away from it. (To lock an office computer, press the Ctrl + Alt + Delete keys at the same time and select Lock this computer.)
Personal Devices & Off-Campus Computers
When you access the MyMC from your personal device or an off-campus computer, you'll be prompted to log in to the Microsoft Forefront Threat Management Gateway page first. On this page, always select the public computer option whenever you're using a computer that is not your own. (For security reasons, the public computer option automatically logs you out after 15 minutes of inactivity.)
