Compress Pictures

  1. Click any picture on a slide.
  2. On the Picture Tools Format tab, click Compress Pictures.

  3. Uncheck the Apply only to this picture checkbox.

    Apply only to this picture
  4. Under Resolution, click Web.

    Web Option
  5. Click OK.
  6. Click OK.
