Embed a YouTube Video

  1. Go to YouTube and locate the video file you want to embed.
  2. Underneath the YouTube video, click Share.
  3. Select Embed.
  4. Click COPY.

  5. In PowerPoint, on the Insert tab, click Video and select Online Video.

  6. In the Paste embed code here field, paste the embed code.


  7. Click Insert.

  8. Save the PowerPoint file.
  9. Display the slide in Slide Show view to play the video.
