Select Your Favorite Printers

If you only use a few printers on campus, then you can designate them as favorite printers so that they’re the only ones you see in the EveryonePrint program.

After you specify favorite printers, you’ll no longer see the drop-down list of all MC printers in the EveryonePrint program. Instead, your favorite printers will appear as buttons.

To shorten button names, you can specify nicknames for the printers when you select them as favorites.

To select favorite printers:

1. Make sure your computer or mobile device is connected to the MCUsers wireless network.
2. Open a web browser and go to http://print.monmouthcollege.edu.
3. Log in with your MC user name and password.
4. Click My Printers.
   
   
5. Select the printers that you want to use.
6. If desired, enter a nickname for each printer.
7. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
