About the Voice Mail System

Monmouth College uses Microsoft Exchange Unified Messaging for voice mail. Features include:

Voice command access to your Outlook email, calendar, and contacts over the phone
Speech-to-text translation for voice mail previews
Missed call notifications
Rules you can create to determine how calls are handled when you don't answer your phone
Text message notifications that can be sent to your mobile phone when you miss a call, receive a voice mail message, receive a meeting request, or receive an email that meets other specified criteria.
