Share a Folder

1. Right-click folder and select Properties.
2. On the Security tab, click Advanced.
3. Click Disable inheritance.
4. Select Convert inherited permissions into explicit permissions on this object.
5. Click Add.
6. Click Select a principal.
7. Under Enter the object name to select, enter the person’s email address.
8. Click Check names.
9. Click OK.
10. Under Basic permissions, select the desired permissions.
11. Click OK.
12. Click OK.
13. Click OK.
