Please be aware that other eduroam locations cannot assist you with device configuration and can only answer questions regarding availability of the eduroam service at their location.
If you experience connection problems at another eduroam location, then please verify that the eduroam network is working at the other location with their IT support before contacting the MC Information Services office.
