Make Someone a Co-Host

Step 1: Make Sure the Co-host setting is enabled for your Zoom account.

  1. Open a web browser and go to
  2. Click SIGN IN.

  3. Log in with your MC email address and Zoom password.
  4. Click Settings on the left.

  5. Scroll down to the In-meeting (Basic) group of settings and make sure that Co-host is enabled.

  6. Click the User icon in the upper-right corner of the page and select SIGN OUT.

Step 2: After you start the meeting, assign the co-host.

  1. Click Participants at the bottom of the meeting window.

  2. On the Participants pane, hover your cursor over the name of the person that you want to make a co-host and select More - Make Co-Host.
