Step 1: Register early to participate in formal Greek recruitment for the fall of 2009 at

Step 2: Attend one of the two informational meetings offered. These dates will be posted soon.

Step 3: Attend the recruitment parties during the first week of school.

Common Recruitment Questions

What is a recruitment party?

A recruitment party is a gathering where active members and prospective new members have a chance to get to know one another. The prospective new members should expect good conversation, entertainment, and the opportunity to make life long friends.

What to wear?

Night One: Causal dress, jeans, nice shirt, jean skirt, shorts,flip-flops

Night Two: Semi-formal, sun dresses, business casual, capri's, dress shoes

Night Three: Formal,dresses, skirts, dress shoes

What does recruitment cost?

This year when you sign-up for recruitment there is a $5 fee paid to the Greek life organization on campus. At the end of recruitment you will receive a complimentary gift for participating.

What is a legacy?

A legacy is a person who has a mother, grandmother, or sister who was once an active member of Kappa Kappa Gamma. If you are a legacy and would like to send in a recommendation have your mother, grandmother, or sister visit the national Kappa Kappa Gamma web site at
