Lauren Swanson 

Lauren Swanson, '07 is a Concierge at The Walt Disney Company in Orlando, Florida. She began there on a post-graduate internship.  "I love it here.  Coming to Disney... is one of the best decisions I've ever made.  I've also been able to practice my non-verbal communication skills.  Most of our guests right now aren't from the US so there is a strong language barrier.  While many of the people I work with are international students, we don't have people that speak every language so we rely in hand signals a lot.  I joke about how I should become a mime when I'm done here."
