Melon Ingredients: 4 slices imported prosciutto, sliced wafer thin, all edge fat removed, 1" x 4" strips Parsley or dill for garnish 1 lemon or lime for garnish How to Prepare: Cut the melon in half, scoop out the seeds, remove the rind, and cut into long, slender slices, or into smaller chunks if the melon is large.
