Reset Your MC Password
If you forget your MC password, you can reset it yourself using MC's web-based password reset program, but only if you've first specified your password reset preferences. (For more information, see Specify Your Password Reset Preferences.)
To reset your password:
- On your personal device, go to the MC home page and select MyMC.
- On the Forefront Threat Management Gateway page, select
I have forgotten my password or I want to setup my password reset
options here.
