Request a Voice Mail Account

If you're a faculty or staff member who doesn't have a voice mail account, then please enter a help ticket to request one. (For more information, see Help Tickets.)

IMPORTANT! When your voice mail account is ready, you'll receive an email from Microsoft Outlook that contains a PIN number. After you receive this PIN number, log in to the voice mail system using the phone and complete the initial setup process. (As part of the initial setup process, you'll be prompted to change your password. Your new PIN must be at least 6 digits and cannot be the same as your previous PIN.)

To log in to the voice mail system, dial your phone extension (from an on-campus phone).
