Presently, 19th and 20th Century American literature; modern fiction and poetry, interdisciplinary studies.

Research Interests

Liberal Arts curricular design; the informal essay; literary representations of modern identity (changing conceptions of the self); “moral politics,” philosophy and the forms of fiction.
